The world is changing -
How are you keeping pace with it?
"When we are no longer able to change a situation, we are challenged to change ourselves."
Victor Frankl
In a world that's changing at an exponential rate, the talents that brought us to our current level will not help us, on their own, survive or create the future we desire. A new approach to managing ourselves and others is required if we are to use change as a positive, proactive force in our lives.
The Event
In our everyday lives, we don't give ourselves space to stop, evaluate our lives and do the necessary change work. Allowing real and lasting change to take place requires skills of selfawareness, empathy and empowerment. In this 'Workshop for Change,' three international experts in Personal Growth and Development
will help you develop this skill set, guiding you on the path to 'change from within' using models of Energy Psychology, Personality Models, Brain Science and Nonviolent Communication.
The Audience
This unique event allows you to carry out deep-rooted and intensive work on the nature of your Self and your impact on others. It is intended
for business professionals and individuals who wish to become masters of change in their business and personal lives, helping them create the future they desire rather than become a victim of the present climate.
The Outcome
This programme will guide and challenge you to discover your own internal compass. You will learn to accept, empower and energise yourself into action to embrace your true purpose, and to foster a sense of self-mastery.
You will be encouraged and supported to risk discovering new horizons for your own potential. You will also become aware of the energies that drive you, and how they create limiting beliefs and a false
sense of reality.
The Highlights
A programme to identify your strengths and challenges using a concept that combines three unique ways of looking at the world through personality, energy
and communication.
