Day 1 – Introduction To The ZPoint Process
Starting with a general introduction to the ZPoint Process, we will spend the bulk of the first day clearing away the unconscious debris of past relationships with emphasis on your mother, father, sisters, brothers and others who had an impact on your early years.
We then move onto important relationships you presently enjoy. You will be asked to create a Top 10 List of those relationships or situations, past or present, that evoke one or more of the feelings listed below. We will then clear these one relationship/situation at a time until the unconscious self limiting feelings are eliminated. These include:
• Stress – Who or what causes you to feel stressed?
• Worry – Who or what causes you to worry?
• Grief/Loss – Who or what do you mourn?
• Anger/Frustration – Who or what are you angry with?
• Guilt – Who or what makes you feel guilty?
• Fear – Who or what are you afraid of?
